A day in Adelaide

Yesterday my body clock had adjusted enough to get up at six o'clock in the morning and travel in to work with Annaliese. We got a bus to Noarlunga train station and caught a train from there to Adelaide. Annaliese works in eynesbury college which is near the very centre of Adelaide.

I left Annaliese at work and went off and expored the Central Business District of Adelaide. The city has wide roads and feels much more spacious than cities in the UK.

Adelaide Central Market sells all sorts of fresh produce, including kangaroo! Nearby is a small China town area.
Adelaide CBD is surrounded by parks and gardens, with the river Torrens running through the middle.

I particularly liked the botanical gardens.
